Other Local Events

Gloucestershire Heritage Hub has the usual ongoing programme of interesting talks, displays and exhibitions.  Some of the talks are online.  See their website here for further details and for booking if required.

To commemorate 80 years since the end of World War 2, there is a wall exhibition ‘Local Memories of WW2’, running at Museum in the Park at Stratford Park, Stroud until Bank Holiday Monday (August 25th). Entry is free and the exhibition can be viewed during Museum Opening hours (Closed Mondays, Tuesday-Friday 10-4.30, weekends 11-4.30, but we recommend checking if you are visiting specially).  We have contributed some display boards and it is well worth a visit.
